Love the idea of “creating without needing reward”, Latham. The truest form of all. Great piece. I enjoy reading you.

Unstructured time is one of my favorite things. The opportunity to just be always feels like such a gift. I'm sitting in my car in a parking lot in Arizona where I've traveled for a corporate speaking presentation today at lunch. I love my work, but one of my favorite times these days is when the gigs are over and I can unwind, in contrast to the hyper focused ramp up to delivering a presentation, the preparation, planning, traveling to the venue, showing up on time, delivering on time, ending on time. It feels very stressful and artificial.

Time. Abundance. Intersection. I am going back to reread this powerful piece. It is loaded. "Time was all things except one: abundant."

You will always have an audience in me for this topic.

That Teresa of Avila quote hit me good.

Ah Vervaeke, remixing Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs vs Metaneeds... I wish he'd connect the dots more but I'm glad his work is at least getting these ideas into more parts of the world.

Keep posting those sunrises! I love them!
